Shipping Policy

At ARWROS, our goal is to provide the best shipping experience, ensuring your light arrives quickly, safely, and securely.

Simple Flat Rate Shipping: We never charge for shipping and offer a worldwide shipping option for all orders.

1.Shipping Fees

United States:

Free Shipping on the mainland, delivery from our US warehouse, takes around 3-8 days.

Canada&EU&UK:

Note: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Tax: Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Any such taxes, duties, or fees are to be paid separately by the buyer.

2.Order Schedule

The expected time frame of all orders is divided into 2 parts:
Processing time: within 48 hours(excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping time: 3~7 business days

3.Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update. If after 48 hours your parcel tracking number location hasn’t updated please email us.

4.Delivery Method
  • USA Orders: All orders within the United States ship via UPS and are processed in the order they are received. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. 

  • Canadian & European Orders: Orders to Canada and Europe ship via DHL directly from our China factory and are processed in the order they are received. Shipments to Canada usually take 4–15 business days, while European shipments can vary but typically take 4–10 business days.

5. Your Order Shows Delivered But Don’t Receive
We want you to receive your order safely and in perfect condition. Please review the following information to help ensure a smooth experience:

If Your Package Shows as Delivered but You Haven’t Received It

  1. Check your surroundings – Look around your property (porch, garage, mailbox, side doors, etc.) and ask neighbors or household members in case the package was left with them.
  2. Contact the shipping company – If you’re unable to locate the package, call the shipping company directly to report it missing. They can provide the most accurate and up-to-date logistics information.
  3. Email us right away – Please also notify us at info@arwros.com so we can assist you while the shipping company investigates.

Important Notes

  • ARWROS cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.
  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please allow up to 30 days for our investigation process.
  • Once we provide your tracking number, please monitor updates and watch for our email notifications to stay informed throughout the delivery process.

Receiving Damaged Products

  • ARWROS ships all lights in unopened boxes to ensure you receive your product in pristine condition.
  • If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@arwros.com so we can assist you.
