ARWROS offers a full 30-day trial period on all products, beginning on the date the customer receives the item. Before you make the decision to return, feel free to reach out to us by email for a complimentary consultation and we will do our best to help you out with any concerns or questions.

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. You will get a full refund if the order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order when the product has been shipped.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We require that returns be sent back in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. You shall retain the tracking information to provide proof of delivery to Arwros. Arwros is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments and we reserve the right to charge for any damages you caused to the product.

Refunds for customers choosing to return during the 30-day trial period are 100% of the product cost. Any elective expedited shipping costs and international shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must note your full name and order number. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial period. Returns after the 30-day trial period will not be accepted.

If the returned product is damaged in any way or returned in an unsellable condition, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender.

Product Damages

The buyer has 10 days after delivery to report receipt of a damaged item. Please inspect your product carefully and report any damages within 10 days. Arwros is not responsible for damages reported after the 10th day. We will require photo and video proof of receiving a product that is damaged so that we can address the issue with the manufacturer or shipping company.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We will replace defective or damaged items upon verification. Please provide photo/video proof of the damaged product upon receipt. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@arwros.com.

Warranty Service
  1. ‌Eligibility‌

    • The warranty is ‌valid only for the original purchaser‌.
    • The item must be purchased ‌directly from www.arwros.com or an authorized reseller‌.
    • The warranty is ‌non-transferable‌ (cannot be passed to another owner).
  2. ‌Warranty Period‌

    • The warranty coverage ‌begins on the date the product is delivered‌ to the original purchaser.
    • A 3-year warranty applies to red light therapy panels; all other products carry a 1-year warranty.
  3. ‌Proof of Purchase Required‌

    • Customers must retain proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) to claim warranty service.
  4. ‌Warranty Claims‌

    • For defective/damaged items, ARWROS may require ‌photo/video proof‌ of the issue before approving a replacement.

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Arwros will replace defective products at no charge if proven defective due to such material or workmanship issues, provided they are used and maintained normally.

What will we do to correct the problems?

Arwros will replace defective products at no charge. For the first 180 days, Arwros will cover all shipping costs associated with warranty claims. After this period, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges and transit insurance when returning products to us. Please retain tracking information as proof of delivery.

What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty ‌excludes‌ any damage caused by negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification. ‌It also does not cover‌ product theft or loss.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at info@arwros.com to determine the nature of the issue and identify the optimal resolution. You may be required to provide evidence of defects; therefore, retain photos and videos documenting the alleged defects.
